Shipping policy
Shipping is charged as a fixed rate based on purchase price to the continental United States. Items are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx.
Orders placed Monday-Friday are processed the same day, but during peak times it may take 1-2 days to process and ship your order. Expect 3-5 business days after shipment for delivery within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship Internationally.
Holiday Lites Up is not responsible for any damage displays incur during shipping. Though, if your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@holidaylitesup.com, and we will work with our shipping partners to make it right for you.
Addresses are clearly displayed and secured to your shipments. They are displayed exactly as you write them on your order. We are not responsible for any errors made by the trucking companies regarding delivery.
Most freight delivery companies do call our customers prior to delivering freight. Please note we are not responsible if a driver does not call prior to delivering.
