These Hay Bale Stacking Stakes are specifically designed to allow "stacking" atop our hay bales, making it appear as though you have a stack of harvest items atop your hay bales. These are specifically designed for use with wireframe displays that utilize "removable ground stakes," a feature of all Brite Ideas branded wireframe displays and also Holiday Lites Up exclusive wireframe displays. Add a pumpkin or two atop a hay bale for a perfect harvest display. Or maybe a black cat is hanging out up there on your spooky harvest stack.

These Stacking Stakes are 19" tall, allowing for 6" to go into the ground and the remaining above ground to raise the wireframe up to the height of 13"—appearing to float right on top of the first layer of hay bales.

The Hay Bale Staking Stakes come in pairs, so an order quantity of "1" gives you 2 stakes, which is enough to float 1 wireframe.

How to Use Hay Bale Stacking Stakes

  1. Attach these stacking stakes to the ground support attachment tubes on your wireframe, using the included wingnuts. These ground supports will replace the ones you may currently have on the item.
  2. Place the base-layer hay bale/s into the ground on your scene first. Then, align the stacking item—with stacking stakes installed—with the hay bale on which you're stacking, just behind that hay bale.
  3. Press the stakes into the ground gently, but firmly, making sure not to bend the stakes or the wireframe display. Be sure the stakes are as straight up and down as possible. Keep pressing until the new item sits just above the hay bale. A slight gap is preferable, as this will help the pieces look distinct.
  4. For extra front-to-back stability, you can can use some wire ties or zip ties to secure the exposed stacking stake to the wireframe of the hay bale below.
